4. Educational Products (Digital Downloads)
4.1 Eligible for Refund
Digital educational products, including worksheets, templates, planning guides, and reference materials, may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 14 days of purchase
- You have not downloaded or accessed the digital materials, or can demonstrate a technical issue prevented access
- The product differs materially from its description on our website
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Products accessed or downloaded more than 14 days before the refund request
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the product matches its published description
- Requests based on expected outcomes or results from using the materials
5. Structured Programs and Challenges
5.1 Before Program Start
If you enrol in a structured program such as our 21-day transition challenge and request a refund before the program start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 3% of the purchase price).
5.2 Within the First Seven Days
If the program has started and you request a refund within the first seven days of the program commencement date, you may receive a partial refund of up to 70% of the purchase price, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the program materials.
5.3 After Seven Days
Refund requests submitted after the first seven days of a program are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented technical issues that prevented program participation, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Program Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a program for any reason, enrolled participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program date at no additional cost.
6. Consulting and Personalised Guidance
6.1 Session Cancellation by Client
- More than 24 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling opportunity
- No-show without prior notice: No refund issued
6.2 Session Cancellation by Us
If we cancel or reschedule a consulting session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
6.3 Post-Session Refunds
Once a consulting session has been completed, refunds are not typically available. If you believe the session did not align with its described scope, you may submit a written concern within 7 days of the session. We will review the matter and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or additional resources at our discretion.
6.4 Personalised Plan Packages
Multi-session personalised plan packages follow the same cancellation terms as individual sessions. Unused sessions within a package may be refunded at the per-session rate if cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, minus a 10% administrative fee.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
If you are a New Zealand consumer, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not limited by this Refund Policy. Under the Act, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and completed within a reasonable time. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If we fail to meet a guarantee under the Act, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a refund, replacement, or compensation. This policy operates in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

- Bank transfer payments: Refunded to the originating bank account within 5 business days of approval
- Other payment methods: Processed according to the payment provider's standard refund timeline
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a cancellation initiated by us.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your eligibility for future services.

- Significant technical failures on our platform that prevented access to purchased materials
